All Sites
1 site = 1 RV & 4 persons
Over 4 persons on site = $4.00 per person
Additional tent on site = $10.00 per night
If tent is for a minor child of renting family there is no charge.

Deposit
A 25% deposit of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your credit card.
All holiday stays require a 2 night minimum and payment of one night’s fee at the time of reservation.
Cancellations
Cancellation Terms:
• More than 7 days before arrival: If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund minus a $10.00 cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a one-night charge.
• No-shows: If you do not show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, you will be charged for the full stay.
